“And war broke out in heaven; Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they did not prevail, nor was a place found for them in heaven any longer. The heavens shook. Satan fell. The war in heaven was ended, but the war on earth had just begun. And though the following is an interpretation of the way things might have been, it is entirely possible that this is what could have happened…
